Useful informations
Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 3 pm.
We kindly ask to leave the rooms by 10 am on your departure day.

Deposit:
A booking is guaranteed by payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay. We ask to send a deposit via bank transfer to the following bank account:

With the payment of the holding deposit, the general terms and conditions, and in particular, the terms of cancellation are considered to be understood and legally wholly accepted.
Booking Cancellations:
The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged. In case of cancellation of the reservation made 15 or more days before the arrival date, only the deposit will be kept, otherwise the total amount of the reservation will be requested as cancellation penalty. These conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms will be completely or partially resold again.
Payment of the bill:
The bill must be paid by the day before departure.
